What are Communication preferences?
Communication preferences is new functionality available in Online services for Agents (OSfA). Communication preferences allows:

  • all communications to be sent to you via your Client mail inbox
  • all communications sent to your client
  • some communications sent to you and other communications sent to your client

Transition from Auskey to My Gov ID - 2019

ATO Assistant Commissioner Colin Walker for a session facilitated by AAT Australia's CEO Rochelle Park to prepare for your transition away from Auskey proof of identity to myGovID.  Auskey is being replaced by the new myGovID app from 1 April 2020 so you need to have your practice access to ATO online services organised well in advance for this cut off date.
