Why should you advance to a higher level of AAT Australia membership?

Whether you want to increase your chances of employment, advance your career or take advantage of the many benefits of being a full member of AAT Australia, there’s never been a better time to advance.

Requirements for Advancement

Member (AAT)

  • Graduates of Certificate IV in Financial Services (Accounting) or Financial Services (Bookkeeping), or higher, with one or more years relevant work experience.
  • You may apply as a Joint Member if you have equivalent membership of a professional body recognised by the AAT Australia and can provide evidence of current membership.

Fellow (AATF)

  • Five years at AAT Australia Member status; and
  • Five years experience in a senior/supervisory position.
  • You may apply as a Joint Fellow if you have equivalent membership of a professional body recognised by the AAT Australia and can provide evidence of current membership.

There is no need to fill out a new membership application form, just download the Advancement Form below and send it in with payment of $65.00 (incl. GST) and the required documentation outlined.
